Dustin I. Nichols is the Managing Attorney at The Law Office of Dustin I. Nichols, A PC in Newport Beach, California. For over 29 years, Dustin has worked as a practitioner providing clients with common sense and uncommon thinking in the areas of comprehensive domestic and foreign integrated corporate, estate and business planning strategies, including niche retirement planning for California resident business owners. Dustin has worked in the areas of entity formation, estate planning, transactional, risk mitigation and creditor exemption planning, as well as trust administration and litigation.
